The four newly appointed women in leadership positions at Fairmont Chicago include:
- Nicole Thomure as director of operations will leverage her extensive experience in food-and-beverage operations to elevate the guest experience. Under her leadership, Fairmont Chicago is enhancing service standards and refining dining offerings to provide an exceptional and memorable stay for all guests.
- Chloé Gray-Le Coz brings a strong background in brand strategy and marketing to her new role as director of sales and marketing. She will focus on enhancing the hotel’s presence in the market, fostering meaningful partnerships, and building relationships within the Chicago community to drive business growth.
- Danielle La Pointe, in the role of director of talent and culture, will focus on fostering a dynamic and inclusive workplace environment.
- Sandy Hsu will drive financial strategy and optimize revenue growth as director of revenue management.
