Managing notable eateries such as The Table at Crate in Oakbrook and Sol Toro in Uncasville, Connecticut, Cornerstone Restaurant Group is headquartered in Chicago and appointed Analisa Terenzio as director of sales and marketing in mid-November.

Terenzio graduated from Chicago’s DePaul University with a degree in public relations and advertising. Her first step into the world of food and branding started at Protein Bar & Kitchen, where she contributed branding strategies that helped expand the outlet from one to 20 locations. She stayed at Protein Bar & Kitchen for five years, during which she developed a robust social media strategy, implemented a successful loyalty program, and facilitated the restaurant’s entrance into new markets.
Following her tenure at Protein Bar, Terenzio then joined Roti Mediterranean as its head of marketing, after which she served as director of marketing at Atomic Hospitality and led an in-house team to drive brand growth and digital engagement across seven full-service restaurant and event venue concepts.
Illinois eateries under Cornerstone’s umbrella include Michael Jordan’s Steak House in Chicago, Urbanbelly in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood, and Chef Bill Kim’s Ramen Bar housed in Time Out Market Chicago, among others. Michael Jordan’s Steak House is located within the InterContinental Chicago Magnificent Mile hotel, which features thousands of square feet of meeting space. Time Out Market Chicago is a food hall located in the Fulton Market District and can host up to 800 people for a full market buyout.
