Drury Hotels Co. LLC, based in St. Louis, Missouri, and home to a portfolio of more than 150 hotels across 26 states, launched its Meetings with More program in mid-July. The new offering is targeted at small (fewer than 100 attendees) and midsize (100-200 attendees) gatherings and focuses on providing valuable, flexible, and customized events at Drury properties.
“With the majority of events shifting to smaller meetings and gatherings, Drury has introduced the Meetings with More program to match our guests’ needs and ensure events’ greater value and flexibility are at the forefront of every planning experience,” says Carrie Sheridan, vice president of sales and marketing at Drury Hotels, in a prepared statement. “We believe Drury Hotels can serve a special niche, for small to midsize value-focused meetings, and are please to have the opportunity to deliver more to our meeting planners.”
With its announcement of the program, Drury Hotels cites a report completed by Knowland and ConferenceDirect earlier this year—“The Meeting Planner Survey: 2024 State of the Meetings Industry”—noting that nearly 50% of meetings in the United States had 100 attendees or less last year.
Drury’s Meetings with More program includes the following amenities:
- Flexible rescheduling options with minimal restrictions
- Customizable menus from a caterer of the planner’s choice with no food and beverage minimums
- Free Wi-Fi for unlimited attendees with no login or registration needed
- Affordable audiovisual packages and equipment options
- Free hot breakfast, evening drinks, snacks, and access to amenities for those staying at the hotel
- Drury Rewards available on individual and group bookings, redeemable for free night stays, gift cards, and more
The program will be available at all hotels in Drury’s portfolio across the country. In nearby Illinois, this includes the Drury Inn & Suites Mount Vernon, featuring more than 3,000 square feet of event space; and the Drury Inn & Suites St. Louis O’Fallon, which offers several on-site event rooms.
