Old Town Pour House to Open in Maryland

By M+E Staff

Chicago-based restaurant group Bottleneck Management announced the opening of its third restaurant in Maryland. The restaurant, Old Town Pour House, marks the group’s first venture outside of the Midwest and the eighth property in its portfolio.

“Bringing our ‘pour house’ concept to new markets allows us to share our extensive line-up of 120 craft beers on draft, made from scratch cuisine, and an incredible atmosphere, including a premiere audio/visual system to provide state-of-the-art entertainment for our guests,” said Chris Bisaillon, owner. “With the overwhelming response of our restaurants in the Chicagoland area, expanding to additional major metropolitan markets was the natural next step for our brand.”

Old Town Pour House will be located in the downtown area of Gaithersburg, Md. The property will sit on 7,966-square-feet of indoor space featuring copper-inlayed bars and tables, custom-milled dark woodwork, high ceilings and operable windows opening up to the 1,511-square-feet of outdoor patio space. Bottleneck Management is working with architect group Dacre & Youngquist to complete the project by early 2015.
