Social Q&A, a Chicago-based technology startup, recently launched its namesake mobile web application. The new audience response tool aims to streamline audience participation for events, meetings, presentations, panel discussions and corporate town halls.
The application is accessible from any Internet-enabled device. Social Q&A allows audience participants to submit questions, which can then be up-voted by other audience members and gives the event host or moderator insight into which questions are the most important to the entire group.
“We created Social Q&A as a simple and powerful way for anyone to better communicate with their audience and know which questions are most important to the entire group,” said John Pytel, co-founder and CEO of Social Q&A. “By democratizing any question-and-answer session, we are transforming the way you Q&A.”
Social Q&A requires no download or software installation. The app boasts a simple interface, accessible from any browser window. The app can be used in any setting that requires 360-degree engagement. The application also features the Q&A Snapshots feature to allow follow-up answers to be sent to participants after a presentation or event has ended.
