The Goodland, a Kimpton Hotel recently announced the appointment of Danielle Santilli as associate director of sales. In her new role, Santilli will be responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing and business development strategies for the 158-room Santa Barbara hotel.

“I was immediately drawn to the Goodland, mainly for its beautiful design and ideal location for those traveling to the Southern California area,” said Santilli.

Santilli holds a bachelor’s degree in hotel, motel and restaurant management from Penn State University, and now has nearly 11 years of hospitality experience, including more than two years as the Sales Manager at Paséa Hotel & Spa. Prior to Paséa Hotel & Spa, Santilli spent a year as a Sales Manager with the Hyatt Regency in Orange County.

“Danielle is a wonderful addition to the Goodland sales team,” said Drew Parker, director of sales and marketing at the Goodland. “In the short time she has been with us, Danielle has already shown strong leadership skills, along with a fresh perspective on sales opportunities for the property. We have no doubt that she will succeed here at the Goodland and we are looking forward to the opportunity to learn from her.”
