The Goodland, a Kimpton Hotel recently announced the appointment of Danielle Santilli as associate director of sales. In her new role, Santilli will be responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing and business development strategies for the 158-room Santa Barbara hotel.
“I was immediately drawn to the Goodland, mainly for its beautiful design and ideal location for those traveling to the Southern California area,” said Santilli.
Santilli holds a bachelor’s degree in hotel, motel and restaurant management from Penn State University, and now has nearly 11 years of hospitality experience, including more than two years as the Sales Manager at Paséa Hotel & Spa. While there, she was responsible for developing and fostering business through various methods of sales, marketing and the creation of strategic action plans to drive revenue. Prior to Paséa Hotel & Spa, Santilli spent a year as a Sales Manager with the Hyatt Regency in Orange County.
