• Lani Baird Appointed Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort Director of Sales and Marketing

Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort has named Lani Baird the director of sales and marketing. In this new role, Baird’s responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies while supervising the sales and marketing team for the 360-room property’s 40,000+ square feet of meeting and event space.

Baird brings an extensive background in sales and marketing leadership with over fifteen years of experience. Before joining Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort, Baird served as the executive director of sales at the Valley Forge Casino Resort in King of Prussia, PA where she helped realize the resort’s vision and projections upon its opening in 2012. She previously held various sales and operational positions at GF Management, Warwick Hotel, Growth Properties and Korman Communities.

“I am beyond thrilled to be joining the Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort at such a pivotal time in the resort’s history,” says Baird, “I am looking forward to working with the team to introduce the resort to new meeting & convention clientele.”

Baird holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from The Pennsylvania State University in University Park, Pennsylvania. Baird is an East Coast native and most recently located to Santa Barbara from Philadelphia.
