Conference calls in a room of co-workers can be counterproductive when everyone is huddled over one speakerphone, and software updates and firewall issues can cause problems.

AVer Information Inc. recently launched a new conference camera, the AVer VC520, making it easier to set up calls with groups of six to 20 people. This is the first camera that caters to groups of this size while maintaining professional qualities of 1080p video.
