American Express Meetings & Events, a division of American Express Global Business Travel (GBT), has announced the renewal of its partnership with DoubleDutch, a dominant provider of event technology. DoubleDutch supports American Express Meetings & Events with mobile experience solutions for clients with rich and mature meetings & events programs.

DoubleDutch’s event management platform seeks to transform live events by creating captivating attendee experiences, while fostering authentic human connection and valuable insight. Engagement data for DoubleDutch has been made available within Meetings Insights, a centralized data platform for American Express Meetings & Events. Clients will benefit from new features, including personalized content for attendees, safety check prompts and advanced surveys.

American Express also announced that it has expanded its attendee engagement portfolio via new partnerships with leading mobile event tool, Attendify, and the world’s first event marketing automation platform, Splash. With these new partners, clients of American Express Meetings & Events now have a more robust set of solutions available to improve attendee engagement.

Increased engagement is achieved by an intuitive app creator and a data analytics platform. Offerings of these apps include the ability for attendees to access agendas and presentations, speaker and sponsor information, and more. Meeting apps are simple to build, customizable and easy to use.

Splash allows event planners to seamlessly launch, promote, and scale event programs through consolidated attendee management and customized marketing for events. Planners can maximize the ROI of their events by attracting the right people to them easily with Splash’s smart guest lists, responsive event pages and emails, and functionality for on-site check-in.

The widely recognized Chateau on the Lake Resort, Spa, & Convention Center of Branson, Missouri, has captured the coveted “Best of MidAmerica Award” from Meetings Today magazine. Oklahoma City officials recently unveiled the MAPS 3 Oklahoma City Convention Center’s new brand featuring a colorful, high-energy logo.
