Bremen's Wine & Tap in Denver opened its doors on Wednesday, June 21, serving brunch starting at 10 a.m., following with lunch, happy hour and dinner service, closing at 10 p.m. The team at the LoHi restaurant was very excited to open its doors, after months spent doing construction, training and tasting. Stem, a speakeasy located in Northeast Minneapolis, has introduced a new menu that will include small lot wines, craft cocktails, artisan beer and appetizers.
“The neighborhood in Northeast Minneapolis is known for its beer,” says Ivy Taheri, owner. “We wanted a place where people can socialize and be comfortable in an upbeat atmosphere. We can’t wait to surprise our guests with unique wines from around the world, craft cocktail creations and fun events to suit everyone’s needs.”
The Ritz-Carlton Charlotte has transformed its ground-floor dining location to create Kinship, a craft cocktail lounge. It provides interactive beverage options, authentic Latin small plates and a menu curated by Chef Juan Pablo de la Sota Riva.
The beverage services—Kinship Flask Service—is unique. It offers guests cocktails served in a flask that is left on the table so guests can replenish their drink as needed. They also offer smoked beverages, including the Smoked Pineapple Pear, which is made with smoked Hennessy, fresh pineapple and pear juice.
Hotel Chaco, a modern luxury hotel inspired by the ancient civilization of Chaco Canyon, is set to open in Old Town Albuquerque in April, 2017. The property, which was designed by Heritage Hotels & Resorts, broke ground in August 2016 and the exterior is slated for completion this month.
Minnesotans, get excited. The tantalizing menu at Portillo’s—Chicago’s fast casual restaurant that serves Chicago-style cuisine—will now be available in Woodbury. The restaurant will be located at 8450 Hudson Road. They are set to begin construction in the coming months and are slated for a summer 2017 opening—the perfect seasons for hot dogs, a menu favorite.
American steakhouse Bob’s Steak & Chop House, has revealed they will open a new location at Omni Berkshire Place in Manhattan. The restaurant is slated to have an old-school aesthetic with 210 seats and a 40-seat bar.
With the holiday season right around the corner, Radisson Hotel Baltimore Downtown-Inner Harbor has announced its new holiday party menu and promotions.
The menu features regional and traditional dishes, and can be customized for a client’s tastes, dietary needs, and event theme. The promotions are based on the size of the event—the bigger the event, the better the perks.

After 51 years of business, Geja’s Café in Chicago has just unveiled it’s much-anticipated transformation. Updates include new dining chairs and silverware, and a transformed outdoor space with three fire pits.
