Five employees at Greater Lansing’s destination marketing organization are moving up the ranks. On staff at Choose Lansing since 2000, Tracy Padot is now chief marketing officer. After six years with the organization, Stephanie Wohlfert has been named director of sales for state accounts. With more than a decade of event management and sales experience, Ariel Backus has been named director of sales for national accounts. Recognizing the role she plays working with Choose Lansing’s data vendors and providing data analysis, Beth Jesperson has become research and technology systems manager. Anne Lavender is now executive coordinator.
