West Michigan Is Putting the ‘All’ in ‘Ballpark’

By April Butler, Special Events Manager, LMCU Ballpark

When hosting just 66 home games a year, what’s a stadium to do the other 300 days? LMCU Ballpark, home of the West Michigan Whitecaps, is answering that question by putting the “all” in “ballpark.”

LMCU Ballpark offers fun, friendly, affordable solutions for a meeting or special event. The Pepsi Stadium Club, located in center field and overlooking the award-winning grounds, can host up to 200 guests and is available year-round—perfect for a summer meeting or a snowy holiday party. Additionally, the entire ballpark can be rented out on non-gamedays for company picnics, trade shows, corporate events, and charity walks, making it a truly memorable experience for planners and attendees looking to break out of the standard conference room.

The brand-new Family Fare Clubhouse will join the Pepsi Stadium Club as another year-round option in fall of this year. This state-of-the-art suite-level clubhouse features chef-prepared menus and access to the player batting areas, making it a one-of-a-kind experience for networking and cocktail receptions. Looking farther down the road, in the next five years, LMCU Ballpark will boast a brand-new field (yes, still with real grass!), a fully remodeled banquet and event center for up to 400 guests, and a 360-degree walkable concourse.

From festivals to family gatherings, carnivals to corporate meetings, picnics to parties, and everything in between, LMCU Ballpark is a true field of dreams, offering turnkey meeting and event services – with a side of baseball! Visit lmcuballpark.com to plan the next event!
