3 Twin Cities Restaurants Now Offering Breakfast

By M+E Staff

Thanks to Kaskaid Hospitality, there are even more options for brunch (and breakfast for the early risers) in the Twin Cities. With their twists on morning favorites, CRAVE West End, UNION Rooftop and Salsa A La Salsa have menus that will make you want to leave your bed on Saturdays and Sundays.

CRAVE West End’s breakfast and brunch starts on Saturday, Apr. 11 on Saturdays and Sundays 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. The new menu is the brainchild of CRAVE’s five executive chefs; signature items include crab and shrimp cake Benedict, braised short rib hash, the CRAVE stack of buttermilk pancakes layered with brandied peaches and apples, red velvet pancakes and s’mores waffles. Additionally, all Minnesota CRAVE locations will offer an Easter brunch buffet on Sunday, Apr. 5 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.cravewestend.com | craveamerica.com/grand-easter-brunch-buffet

UNION Rooftop has been serving brunch on Sundays from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. for over a year and just recently added breakfast to its repertoire starting at 8 a.m. Breakfast and brunch menus include bottomless mimosas on Sundays until 2 p.m., portobello Benedict, mascarpone stuffed French toast and UNION’s signature hash browns. unionrooftop.com

At its new location in Uptown, Salsa A La Salsa is now doing brunch and breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. The menu features authentic Mexican offerings like chilaquiles, southwestern omelet, tortilla casserole, huevos con chorizo with homemade chorizo and their take on a Bloody Mary: the Bloody Maria. salsauptown.com
