Lancer Hospitality was awarded the 37th spot on Food Management Magazine’s Top 50 Contract Management Companies in 2013. The order of spots was granted based on each company’s revenues for the fiscal or calendar year 2012; Lancer Hospitality brought in a revenue of $47 million.
Lancer Hospitality is appearing on the Food Management Top 50 list for the first time after seeing significant revenue growth over the past few years. The company attributes its success to additional contracts in the college, convention and cultural attraction areas, inroads into the senior dining business and contract renewals including a 10-year renewal with the Science Museum of Minnesota.
