Madden’s on Gull Lake recently announced it invested nearly $1.4 million into the property over this past winter. Renovations, which began in November 2014, include 45 newly-renovated guest rooms, additional meeting spaces, on-site employee dormitories and new golf carts.
“Each winter we invest about $1 million back into the property to ensure we’re providing the best experience possible for guests,” said Abbey Pieper, vice president of Madden’s on Gull Lake. “This year’s renovations will only improve the experience by providing an up-to-date, stylish and fresh look to many of our accommodations and guest spaces.”
The guest rooms were added to Wilson Bay, Sunrise Villas, Voyaguer hospitality room and the Lakehouse. The resort now features 287 guest rooms and 42,000 square feet of meeting space.
