Since opening in January 2020, Hotel Indigo has become a hub of Rochester and the Mayo Clinic area. The city’s nature is emphasized in all guest rooms, which feature color palettes inspired by the nearby Zumbro River and hiking trails. This “nurtured by nature” theme continues in the indoor atrium, a 15,000-square-foot room full of natural light. “It’s a space where we can set up based on the needs of the group,” says Dawn Vickerman, director of sales at Hotel Indigo-Rochester and Mayo Clinic Area. For events hosted in the atrium, the famed on-site restaurant CRAVE Food & Drink is available for catering, and the retractable roof and windows create the ultimate indoor-outdoor dining experience.
Hotel Indigo partners with LC’s Venue, a 3,000-square-foot venue owned by Leah Driscoll and Cassie Fenstra. LC’s holds up to 155 guests. Studio 324 in a historic building downtown is another venue that has become one of the hotel’s favorites. The 1,700-square-foot space can accommodate 113.
