Two new hotels are coming to downtown Mankato after the Mankato City Council approved the projects in the middle of October. The City Center Hotel and the Landmark Center have both been torn down to make way for the hotels, which will be built on the sites and branded Element by Westin and AC Hotel by Marriott. Construction has begun, and both hotels are scheduled to open in 2026.
