Ginger and beer mix with coriander, angelica, lemon, cassia and juniper gin flavors to create a taste that isn’t too dry, and satisfies with a soft, minty finish. INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Prairie Organic Gin
4 oz. Champagne or prosecco
1/2 oz. ginger beer
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine all ingredients in a martini shaker.
2. Pour into a glass.
3. Serve over ice.
4. Garnish with cranberries and a fresh rosemary sprig.
