On Monday, April 8, Rochester welcomed its first steakhouse and premier private dining and meeting venue at the Hilton Rochester Mayo Clinic Area. Minneapolis-based PITTSBURGH BLUE STEAKHOUSE opened its doors in the luxury hotel, welcoming the community and its visitors with an upscale restaurant and useful meeting space.
The restaurant has two private dining spaces, the River Room and the Blue Room. The River Room seats 16 guests, and the Blue Room seats up to 48 guests, making the two spaces ideal for small to mid-size meetings. They are also working with Joe Powers, whose company caters for the Hilton Banquet Rooms for events up to 500 guests, and they are anticipating this will draw in more weddings and larger celebrations.
