Though it opened in spring 2022, the venue boasts historic charm with its exposed brick, tall ceilings, and eight-seat banquette bar top. Emerald serves an extensive wine selection, Minnesota-inspired cocktails, spirit-free options, and a full dinner menu featuring an array of “global comfort food.” The venue is also available for private party rentals.
The Velveteen, Stillwater
Take a trip down the rabbit hole to this 1920s-inspired joint. The hidden hideaway is accessible through the lobby of the JX Event Center. Featuring Prohibition-era classics like the aviation or pisco sour, as well as modern takes on martinis, this space will make you feel like you have stepped into a time warp. The venue is also available for private party buyouts of up to 90 seated and 130 standing.
