Savvy travelers may now experience unmatched convenience and a more seamless travel experience thanks to the opening of a dedicated TSA checkpoint located inside the InterContinental Minneapolis–St. Paul Airport Hotel next to Terminal 1 of Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport.
The InterContinental MSP is the only hotel in the Twin Cities directly connected to Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport and now offers guests and local travelers with carry-on baggage only, an easy and often quicker alternative to the airports’ primary checkpoints with skybridge access directly into MSP’s Terminal 1 near gate C25.
Located on the hotel’s Level 3 the checkpoint is available daily from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. In addition to offering supremely convenient access to Terminal 1’s Concourse C, travelers also enjoy a 24-hour exit from Terminal 1 through the hotel’s skybridge. Expedited screening programs, such as TSA Precheck, are currently not available at this checkpoint. The opening of this valuable amenity for travelers makes the InterContinental Minneapolis–St. Paul Airport Hotel one of only two hotels in the country with on-site TSA access.

Hotel guests with checked baggage can take advantage of the complimentary 24-hour shuttle service to both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 for full airline ticketing and baggage check-in services. The hotel shuttle departs from the hotel every 20 minutes.
