Encouraging Wellness and Blissful Sleep Made Easy at Scottsdale Hotels

By M+E Staff

One of the meeting trends coming out of the COVID-19 pandemic is the focus on attendee wellness. Three hotels in Scottsdale, Arizona, are going beyond the norm with wellness-focused guest rooms and sleep packages. When people feel well rested and fit, they give their best to learning, brainstorming, networking and planning business strategy.

Canopy by Hilton Scottsdale Old Town has debuted a selection of wellness-infused guest rooms geared toward the fitness-minded traveler. These guest rooms are equipped with a Peloton bike, Theragun elite massage gun, Therabody wave roller, and yoga mat. Canopy Scottsdale also has a 24-hour fitness studio with an assortment of cardio, strength, core and balance equipment.

Hotel Valley Ho in Old Town Scottsdale and Mountain Shadows Resort Scottsdale launched two unique sleep packages just in time for National Sleep Awareness Month in March.

From a luxurious soak enhanced with LUSH’s Sleepy Bubble Bar to a velvet-lined flamingo eye mask, attendees will be ready to snooze in no time with the Bubbles & No Sleep Troubles package offered by Hotel Valley Ho. Also included is a sleep meditations book with easy-to-follow relaxation techniques; Sleep, Plz. wellness patch from Fleur Marché; and essential oil roller with calming ylang ylang and lavender.

The Moon & Stars Sleep Package at Mountain Shadows Resort Scottsdale starts off with making a cup of Golden Moon Milk and ends with putting on a constellation eye mask made from mulberry silk. In between, get started on a 90-day sleep journal designed to sleep better and live a more present life and spray Star Dust Pillow Mist on your pillow.
