Jonathan Pulllis Named CEO of Chefs Club Aspen

Chefs Club Aspen recently named Jonathan Pullis chief executive officer and master sommelier. As CEO, Pullis will manage all aspects of the Aspen restaurant as well as reviewing and strengthening the existing wine program.

“Jonathan brings a vast amount of experience to Chefs Club in Aspen,” says Stephane De Baets, president and partner of Chefs Club USA. “His expertise is invaluable in supporting the profitability and growth of the restaurant, while his training as a Master Sommelier will greatly benefit the existing wine program.” 

Pullis has been an Aspen resident since 1998. He spent more than 10 years at The Little Nell, a five-star, five-diamond Aspen Hotel, where he served five years as wine director. Pullis most recently served as restaurant manager and beverage director at Casa Tua in Aspen.
