EVEN Hotels, an IHG brand, announced in September plans to open seven new U.S. properties by the end of 2025, increasing the brand’s national footprint by nearly 40%. EVEN Hotels feature three wellness-oriented room types with exercise options ranging from light equipment to fitness walls or spin bikes, spa-like showers, complimentary nightly tea services, and a signature sleep experience featuring cooling natural fiber sheets, pillowtop mattresses, and dimmable lighting.
“With more than 50 [hotels] open or in pipeline global properties, EVEN Hotels is poised to capture a greater share of travelers wishing to stay well–however they define it–in the future,” says Raul Ortiz, EVEN Hotels’ vice president of global marketing and brand management, in a prepared statement. “We’re encouraged at how the evolution of our brand and on-site offerings has resonated with guests and owners so far. We look forward to bringing the EVEN Hotels experience and our vision for flexible, wellness-minded travel to more markets.”
EVEN Hotel Charlotte in North Carolina is slated to open in late 2025. This will be the first EVEN Hotel property using the brand’s new wellness design concept. Located near the Charlotte Douglas International Airport, the 131-room hotel will offer 1,700 square feet of meeting space, the brand’s signature EVEN Kitchen & Bar, and an Athletic Studio.
EVEN Hotel Austin Uptown and EVEN Hotel Waco–University Area, both in Texas, are on track to open before the end of this year. The Pacific Northwest’s third property is also expected to open this year in Beaverton, Oregon, joining EVEN Hotels in Seattle, Washington, and Eugene, Oregon. An EVEN Hotel is also under construction in Bozeman, Montana, and is expected to open in 2024. In Florida, EVEN Hotels are scheduled to open in Orlando and Miami’s Sweetwater-Doral neighborhood in 2024.
