Alaska Airlines Introduces ‘Greatest Hits’ Menu

The airline is bringing back some of its most loved dishes with the nostalgic menu

By Amanda Christensen

Beginning this month and available through spring 2024, Alaska Airlines’ “Greatest Hits” menu will be offered onboard in its First-Class cabin and Main Cabin. The menu consists of beloved past entrees brought back based on feedback from both customers and crew. The items will be introduced alongside an array of new seasonal chef-curated meals and fresh beverage options.

Of the 35 incoming First-Class meals, 24 of them are returning fan favorites, including the jerk chicken with coconut curry fried rice and Kalbi beef in a Korean barbecue sauce. Depending on the length of flight, other returning First-Class meals include the Beet’s So Fly Salad, Pesto Chicken Sandwich, Smoked Salmon & Curried Vegetables, Peruvian Steak & Rice, and more.

Fresh beverage options to go along with the updated menu include Portland-based Stumptown Coffee Roasters through a partnership between the airline and coffee company starting Dec. 1. Portland-based Stash Tea will also be offered on Alaska Airlines flights, including its English Breakfast, Super Mint, and Premium Green flavors.
