Caesars Forum in Las Vegas will host the Cvent Connect conference July 24-27, 2023. Industry professional return year after year to this conference to see cutting-edge event technology and experience event innovation, along with creative strategies and best practices. As with the 2022 conference, the event will offer both in-person and virtual passes, creating a live case study for attendees on producing a successful hybrid event.
Live sessions will be streamed each day of the event, and virtual premium pass holders will also have access to online networking and an on-demand library of resources. Sessions will help event professionals create updated organizational goals and learn how to integrate the latest advances with their existing solutions. Cvent Connect expects more than 5,000 attendees who will enjoy meetups, more than 80 sessions, and five immersive training camps. The trade show also will host 195 exhibitors and an innovation pavilion to provide experiential learning and hands-on training. Leaders will be invited to attend leadership summits, community conversation luncheons, and a special women in technology and events programming event.
Caesars Forum offers more than 300,000 square feet of flexible event space, 20,000 guest rooms within walking distance to the venue, and the two largest pillarless ballrooms in the world.
