Boasting a portfolio of 19 hotel brands and a workforce of over 420,000 across 123 companies, Hilton’s claim to fame as one of the top companies to work for was recognized once more by Great Place to Work—an employee experience platform—and Fortune on the 2023 Best Companies to Work For in the United States list—taking the No. 2 spot this year.

Hilton’s claim to fame is recognized on a global scale as well. The company was named the No. 1 Best Workplace in France this year, alongside being certified as a Great Place to Work in more than a dozen other countries from Argentina and China to Spain and Saudi Arabia. Each of these recognitions is a direct result of team member feedback from every property, resulting in continued growth of Hilton’s team member benefits such as the launch of its Care for All caregiving platform in partnership with Wellthy; and offering debt-free education in partnership with Guild Education.
