ASM Global and DoorDash Announce Multi-Venue Partnership

It won’t be quite the same as ordering a pizza or nachos to be delivered to your front door but getting eats at venues is taking a leap toward convenience with a new collaboration: DoorDash has become ASM Global’s “On-Demand Delivery Platform” partner, launching at ASM Global’s top North American arenas, stadiums, theaters, and convention centers in the coming months. The partnership will allow attendees to skip traditional lines by leveraging DoorDash services to order within the arena for pickup.

ASM Global SAVOR venues will integrate DoorDash’s platform into their hospitality offerings, providing a uniform mobile food and beverage ordering experience for guests. While on-site, fans/guests will be able to scan a QR code or download or open their DoorDash app to access the venue’s concession menus and premium experience options. ASM Global sees this benefit as an example of their commitment and industry-leading efforts to enhance the fan experience.

ASM Global and DoorDash officially launched their on-demand mobile technology network and on-site activations at the Toyota Arena in Ontario, California, on June 11.
