American steakhouse Bob’s Steak & Chop House, has revealed they will open a new location at Omni Berkshire Place in Manhattan. The restaurant is slated to have an old-school aesthetic with 210 seats and a 40-seat bar.
Bob’s menu includes steak, beef (sourced from Chicago), prime beef, rack of lamb, roasted duck, veal chop, pork chop and an assortment of seafood. Each meal includes sour pickles and peppers, bread and butter, in addition to a choice between potatoes or glazed carrots. Bob’s also has a wide beverage selection, including best-in-class wines. Their 2,000-bottle collection is housed in a temperature-controlled room that can be seen from the dining area.
Joining Bob’s Steak & Chop House team is the experienced Maurizio Chiovaro, the new general manager for Bob’s Steak & Chop House. Prior to this position, Chiovaro worked as general manager at BLT Steak. Additionally, Stratos Georgedakis will be the new executive sous chef.
In addition to the new location in Omni Berkshire Place, Bob’s also has 13 other locations in Arizona, Texas, California, Tennessee and Florida.
