Boston Park Plaza has named Sterling Brown their new human resources director. Brown brings more than two decades of human resources experience to his new position.

Brown received his master’s degree in public administration and human resource development from Villanova University. He has served as an organizational development consultant for multiple clients, where he was responsible for social innovation and acquiring talent. He also worked with Sage Hospitality Group as the vice president of people resources where he created the group’s first brand video to promote their 15 hotels and restaurants.
Brown is currently pursuing his doctorate degree in business administration from Wilmington University. He is a certified senior professional in human resources by the Human Resource Certification Institute and has a Senior Certified Professional designation from the Society for Human Resources Management.
