The Courtyard Minneapolis just opened its 5,200-square-foot East Town Ballroom. The venue can host receptions, weddings and other events in downtown Minneapolis. Featuring custom catering, a 10,000-square-foot pre-function space and a central, downtown location East Town aims to be one of Minneapolis’ top venues.
The hotel’s executive chef produces unexpected and custom day-of catering options for events. The Courtyard Minneapolis has won a Couple’s Choice award two years in a row.
Christina Formico, head of the hotel’s social catering department, maintains strong relationships with vendors. She has planned more than 80 weddings and has years of experience in event planning. She remains available onsite for all functions and is able to offer assistance in regards to recommendations for florists, photographers, music or any other needs.
