The dual-branded Aloft and Element Hotel Development in Redmond, Wash., was declared open by Minneapolis-based CSM Corporation. The two hotels are located near the Microsoft Corporation’s world headquarters as well as Google, Nintendo, Boeing and Expedia. The hotels share one building and multiple amenities.
The building that the two brands share offers 7,600 square feet of event space and seven meeting rooms. There is a saline pool and a large fitness center. The Aloft Seattle Redmond offers 150 guest rooms, while the Element Seattle Redmond has 131 guest rooms. The spaces were designed to be comfortable, stylish, sustainable and tech-forward.
