In early 2018, the Jacquard, part of the Autograph Collection will open with Jason Dorfman as its general manager in Denver. In the Cherry Creek North neighborhood, the hotel will be owned and operated by Stonebridge Companies, which is also based in Denver.
Dorfman earned a B.S. in Business Administration from The Fritz Knoebel School of Hospitality Management at the University of Denver, before the start of his career at other hotels in Colorado. Dorfman has worked with Stonebridge Companies previously, with his first position with Stonebridge Companies as a revenue manager in 2006. His position as revenue manager won him the title Revenue Manager of the Year by Marriott International. However, his most recent position was as general manager of the DoubleTree by Hilton San Francisco Airport North. During which he won The President’s Award for General Year of the Year awarded by Stonebridge Companies. Throughout his entire career, he has been credited with increasing property success, market share growth, and guest satisfaction scores as well.
