The Grand Hyatt New York now offers meeting and teambuilding activities exclusively for group clients. The packages include exclusive experiences at several New York City landmarks, including Grand Central Terminal, One World Observatory and the flagship Macy’s Herald Square.
The 1306-room hotel can accommodate up to 1,500 people with more than 50 meeting rooms and 60,000 square feet of meeting space. It’s located in Midtown Manhattan and within walking distance from the Grand Central Terminal.
The packages are offered to groups planning a meeting by Dec. 31, 2017, with 70 or more guest rooms; they will receive the following: 10 Deluxe Room and one Premier Suite upgrade at the group rate; 10 complimentary VIP welcome amenities, chef selection; 10 staff rooms on peak nights at 50 percent discount; one Premier Suite upgrade at a group rate; one per 40 complimentary rooms; 10 percent discount on banquet menu pricing, AV equipment rental and shipping/receiving fees; complimentary wireless Internet in general sessions; complimentary wireless Internet in all guest rooms; and double Hyatt Gold Passport reward programs (up to 100,000 per qualifying meetings).
This offer is only valid for meetings held by Dec. 31, 2017, with a Sunday peak arrival or Saturday peak departure stay pattern. The hotel can accommodate groups from 10 to 1,500 people.
