Hilton’s Hampton by Hilton brand announced the opening of its newest property in Spicer, Minn.
The new Hampton by Hilton, Hampton Inn Spicer Green Lake, will feature 51 guest rooms.
“At Hampton Inn Spicer Green Lake guests will have everything they need to ensure a happy and memorable stay,” says Nancy Larson, general manager. “We strive to offer consistent and quality accommodations with value-added amenities such as Pontoon Rentals, Boat Slips, Bicycles, Stand Up Paddleboards, Kayaks, Fire Pit, and an indoor pool.”
Features of the hotel include On the House hot breakfast, complimentary Wi-Fi, 24–hour business center, JumpStart Fitness Center, Clean and fresh Hampton bed, HDTV, free in-room movie channels, and a coffeemaker.
The hotel will be located seconds from Green Lake, 5 miles from New London Shopping and minutes from Sibley State Park.
To celebrate the opening the City Council conducted a workshop session at the Hampton Inn to discuss future needs for the city. Also at their own expense, some members of the council and city administrator enjoyed the opening night at the new facility.
“We, as the City of Spicer are very proud and happy to welcome the new Hampton Inn to our great city and we are happy with the opening taking place this week. This fine establishment will enhance our community” says Mayor Denny Baker on Tuesday of this week.
