IMS Technology Services and Alliance Exposition Services have teamed up to assist managers of smaller to midsize trade shows to better execute their events. IMS, a full-service audio-visual company with event staging and systems integration solutions, and Alliance, the only Nationwide General Service Contractor focusing exclusively on smaller to midsize events, will together provide a seamless support system—and one point of contact—in coordinating event production needs and exhibitor management services.

Wedesky also says that internet providers and registration companies are also in the works to create the “complete package”: a seamless product for registration to simplify the process for event professionals. “Planners will be able to customize a program with consistency, both out front and behind the scenes.”
