Downtown Denver’s Kimpton Hotel Monaco has appointed two new members to their team: Victoria Noe as director of catering and Brittany Gripp as group sales manager. Noe and Gripp have years of experience in management from local Denver properties.
Noe comes to her latest position following her position as senior event manager for Epicurean Catering at Sports Authority Meal. In her role, she will be responsible for planning more than 275 meetings annually that have anywhere from 250 to 2,500 guests. She has previously served as catering sales manager at two properties in Colorado. She is a certified wedding planner and earned a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from Colorado State University.
“It is with much excitement that we bring Victoria into the position of Director of Catering of Kimpton Hotel Monaco Denver,” says Matt Snyder, general manager, Panzano. “Victoria’s knowledge of the event and catering industry and experience in customer service will greatly benefit clients as they plan their meetings and events at our hotel.”
Gripp joins the team after holding the same position at The Driskill Hotel. She will be responsible for forging relationships with CVB sales managers and developing lucrative sales stratefies.
