White Lodging has announced the appointment of five personnel to the anticipated Le Méridien Denver Downtown and AC Hotel Denver Downtown hotels: Sean Rush, Dual Assistant General Manager; Alexander Lomas, Dual Director of Marketing and Business Travel; Renee DeBell, Dual Senior Sales Manager; Britt Kupper, Dual Senior Sales Manager; and Charles Fox, Dual Sales Manager.
The 272-room Le Méridien Denver Downtown will open late summer 2017 in downtown Denver. The property will include more than 12,000 square feet of conference and event space; a full service restaurant, Corinne; rooftop fitness center; and Denver’s highest open-air rooftop bar and lounge, 54thirty. The AC Hotel Denver will feature 223 rooms and boast a sophisticated European style.
Sean Rush will serve as the dual assistant general manager. Rush previously served as assistant general manager for Renaissance Boulder Flatiron Hotel and Denver Marriott Westminster.
Alexander Lomas will be the hotel’s dual director of marketing and business travel. Lomas comes to the hotel from Denver Marriott Westminster, where he served as director of sales and marketing.
The dual senior sales manager will be Renee DeBell who has worked as sales manager at both The Westin Westminster and The Hotel Monaco Denver prior to joining the White Lodging team.
Britt Kupper will serve as the dual senior sales manager. Kupper previously worked for Denver Marriott Westminster.
Charles Fox will be the hotel’s dual sales manager. Fox began his career in hospitality in 2014 with JW Marriott Indianapolis.
