Mahaffey Fabric Structures has bought more than $24.2 million from Classic Party Rentals, including structure frames, tents, fabric pieces, and specialty structures. This purchase allows Mahaffey, already the leading provider of temporary turnkey structures and shelter solutions in the U.S., to expand their network of products and personnel in order to provide for corporate events, sporting events, festivals large-scale activations, film productions, and other special events nationwide.
This purchase has also added Shelter Tents, Arcum structures, AcadaSpan Tents, Aztec Tents (Maxibeam, Minibeam, Midibeam, Tectrac LK and Tectrac SK), and has increased its inventory of double decker structures. Mahaffey’s offerings include tents and structures that range from 10 to 150 feet wide, with unlimited lengths and accessories from lighting, doors, racks, and HVAC. Mahaffey is open to subleasing or selling surplus inventory, or can provide a business with a product line for different amounts of time.
