Mahaffey Fabric Structures—a provider of temporary turnkey structures and shelter solutions in the U.S.—has launched Manhattan Matrix by Mahaffey. The fully-enclosed special event structure is a 50 feet by 82 feet with an all-glass front eave side that evokes a feeling of luxury typically found in permanent installations. It will house large events and was on display at CONEXPO-CON/AGG in Las Vegas March 7–11, 2017.

Mahaffey has continued to grow and innovate throughout our more than 90 years in business, and this structure is a prime example of that.”
Link-Belt Construction Equipment Company at CONEXPO-CON/AGG used the structure for space to host demonstrations during the event. Mahaffey installed a 4,100-square-foot structure to align with Link-Belt’s needs; it featured a Biljax deck and space for branding.
“The Mahaffey team brought experience and confidence to our set-up,” says Tonya Creasman, manager, marketing promotion, Link-Belt. “The building is beautiful and is a standout at the show. We wanted to create an inviting space, and Mahaffey went a long way to make that happen.”
The Manhattan Matrix is a modular, completely customized boasting a contemporary exterior look and feel. The structure is charcoal gray and built from 100 feet of frame and nearly 500 feet of glass. It is soundproof with an interior aluminum frame that is not visible from the outside.
Elements of the structure include a large black vinyl panel that provides an opportunity for branding and other promotional uses. It can be used for corporate events such as tech and auto shows, exhibitions, conventions, product launches, sporting events, fundraisers and galas.
