M&M Event Rentals has acquired the Chicago and Dallas (Ducky Bob’s) locations of Classic Party Rentals, which is based in Los Angeles. The terms of the deal were not disclosed. This acquisition is M&M’s fifth since it partnered with Dubin & Clark Company, Inc. in February 2016.
“By combining the talents, products and resources of these companies, we can offer our customers a wide variety of event rental products and services, while continuing to raise the level of customer service that our customers have come to expect and deserve,” says Mark Murphy, CEO of M&M.
Brent Paris, managing partner at Dubin Clark, explains the reasoning behind the deal.
“The strategy for M&M is to identify special event rental companies that will positively extend and fill in our current footprint, while also expanding our employee team, product offerings, and enhancing the M&M Event Rentals’ brand,” he says.
