New Executive Chef Appointed at Omni Fort Worth

Omni Fort Worth Hotel has appointed Amol Agarwal as their new executive chef. Having more than 20 years of experience, the seasoned chef will oversee Bob’s Steak & Chop House, Cast Iron Restaurant, Wine Thief, Whiskey & Rye, and Water Horse Pool Bar.

Agarwal studied cuisine at the Institute of Hotel management in Chennai, India. He started his career as the chef de partie at the Four Seasons in Goa, India. Since then he has worked all over the world, including China, Jamaica and the Maldives.

Most recently, he was the executive chef and director of food and beverage at Loews Regency Hotel in San Francisco. He’s also worked for The Ritz Carlton in South Beach, Fla, the JW Marriott Camelback Inn Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, Ariz., and Straits Restaurants in San Francisco.
