PRO EM Party & Event Rentals has recently acquired University Resource Supply, LLC and SoCal Tents & Events. This is the second acquisition in 45 days, having acquired Partytime-HDO Productions in May. These acquisitions follow PRO EM’s recapitalization by Dos Rios Partners in October 2016. After the recapitalization, PRO EM decided it wanted to acquire entities from other markets like URS and Partytime-HDO Productions, in order to expand its menu of services, product inventory and to offsest seasonality.

URS is a national event rental company that focuses on major event planning and execution, based in Los Angeles. All previous URS employees will maintain their jobs from the same location, including its CEO Richard Martin, who will become the Principal focusing on current URS operations.
