President of Cornerstone Restaurant Group Josh Zadikoff announced the appointment of Rebecca Muraski as general manager for the group’s Michael Jordan’s Steakhouse and ENO Wine Room. With more than a decade of experience, Muraski will direct all front-of-house and back-of-house operations including hiring and staff training, strategizing and conducting promotions and events and working on menu developments at both locations.
“Muraski is sure to bring her passion to life by providing guests with memorable and high-quality experiences at both Michael Jordan’s Steakhouse and Eno Wine Room,” says Pete Demay, general manager of InterContinental Chicago Hotel. “We are thrilled to have a seasoned professional that can bring a new outlook to the table and aid in the continued success of both restaurants.”
Most recently, Muraski worked as general manager of Sol Toro Restaurant, also a part of Cornerstone Restaurant Group. Prior to her work at Sol Toro, she stood as general manager of the Chicago Firehouse Restaurant, a classic Chicago steak house. Muraski has experience at Chicago Cut Steakhouse as well, where she served as dining room manager.
“I’m excited to combine all of my learning opportunities and experiences to provide guests with a remarkable dining and beverage experience from the moment they enter the door at either Michael Jordan’s Steakhouse or Eno Wine Room,” says Muraski. “My degree in the Culinary Arts provides me with a comprehensive knowledge of both sides of restaurant operations, a necessary skillset for this position. I can’t wait to be back in the Midwest and work with the Cornerstone team on these wonderful venues.”
