The Skirvin Hilton Hotel has been recognized with the 2016 Bright Blue Futures Award for full-service hotels with less than 500 rooms from Hilton Hotels Corporation. It was also ranked number one throughout all Hilton full-service hotels for superior service as measured by guest satisfaction.
The Oklahoma City-based hotel received the award for its dedication to volunteering with youth-serving organizations, their in-kind donations and working with youth through mentorship and training. Additionally, out of 284 full-service Hilton properties in the Americas, guests ranked The Skirvin Hilton number one in service and loyalty by rating their experiences on a range of factors from professionalism, quality and efficiency to problem-solving and complaint handling.
