Treetops Resort received a $4.5 million loan for their renovations that will begin immediately. North Avenue Capital—a commercial lender—partnered with Centennial Bank to provide the loan for the resort.

Renovations will be made to The Lodge and The Inn on the main campus of the property. Dave Drews, from Land Design Collaborative Solutions, will be the representative for the project. Others involved in the project include Justin Kowatch, mechanical engineer of JLK Engineering, and Pamela Houtteman, interior decorator of Houtteman Interiors.

Rooms will be modern and up-to-date while still maintaining a casual relaxed feel. A palate of colors has been chosen which we believe will appeal to golfers in the summer, but remain cozy in the winter, with a classic, professional feel for your business travelers.”
