1. What are you looking forward to the most in your new role?

I am looking forward to the opportunity to work with all of our prospects and customers to help them leverage the right technology to achieve their goals.

2. How do you think past experiences have prepared you for this role?

My experience as VP of Sales at Avectra was invaluable. We experienced tremendous growth delivering and scaling on-demand SaaS offerings for associations of all sizes. MemberSuite is well positioned to do the same.

3. How did you get into the industry?

I was recruited to help build sales process and create a scalable and repeatable methodology. I had successfully run sales organizations in software and telecom, but I have not worked specifically in the nonprofit sector. However, running a professional sales team, understanding your customers’ issues and helping them solve real problems is relevant across all sectors.

4. What are you hoping to achieve in your new role?

In my new role, I want to ensure that any and all engagements with the MemberSuite sales team are the most professional and relevant in the industry for our customers.

5. What do you enjoy most about the industry?

The depth and breadth of the associations and their missions is second to none!
