Looking for a thrill-seeking experience? There’s nothing quite like the new adventure campus coming to Hilton Oak Brook Hills Resort & Conference Center to fill the void. This unique setup, slated for spring 2017, will feature three challenge areas, anchored by a low teams challenge course where groups can work on skills such as problem solving, trust and communication. Other options include a high ropes course and “Leap of Faith,” where leaders and managers can improve upon an ability to trust others.
“Our 150-acre Audubon-certified estate [Willow Crest Golf Club] with sweeping woods serves as the setting for the challenge courses, while experienced adventure facilitators guide groups through learning sequences. There’s nothing else like it,” says Nathan Karsten, director of sales and marketing at the property. In addition to these invigorating activities, the resort prides itself on giving guests transformational learning experiences to take back to the office.
