Downtown Denver’s newest hotel property, the AC Hotel by Marriott Denver Downtown and Le Méridien Denver Downtown, has opened.
The new property is dual-branded, featuring two European-inspired collections: Le Méridien and AC Hotels by Marriott. The hotel offers 272 rooms by Le Meridien and 230 rooms by AC by Marriott.

The AC property is inspired by the concept of the “Urban Pioneer” and is designed to look like a European ski chalet. Materials for the public spaces in the hotel are locally sourced and create a natural look complete with warm wood, stone, textural wall finishes and millwork details.

Guests at the Le Meridien Downtown Denver will notice the cool color palette and unique artwork installations, as well as the reimagined lobby that serves as a social gathering place for guests of all stripes.
Along with the hotels come the newest restaurants to the area. 54thirty is a seasonal rooftop bar with views of both the city and the Rocky Mountains. Corinne serves American comfort food that is locally sourced and opened for three meals a day. Finally, The Lobbyist is Denver’s newest mid-century modern themed cocktail lounge.
