New Boise Restaurant Can Bring the Taste of Hawaii to Your Next Event

By M+E Staff

Looking to add a little taste of the islands to your next event? One of downtown Boise, Idaho’s newest restaurants, Paddles Up Poké, also offers catering for events. Poke (pronounced POH-kay) means “to section, slice or cut” and is a classic Hawaiian casual meal of raw marinated seafood. Paddle Up Poké serves it in its special house Piranha sauce over a bed of brown or white rice, “zoodles” (noodles made of zucchini) or mixed greens, and mixed with ingredients such as avocado, ginger, cucumbers, green onions and sesame seeds. Each catering package is custom designed for the event and can include hors d’oeuvres, buffets or menus of select items.
